How to request data deletion

PropAgents AI respects your right to delete personal data under Brazilian LGPD and Meta Platform Terms. To request data deletion, send an email to privacidade@propagents.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request" including:

• Your full name.
• Email associated with your account.
• Workspace name (if applicable).

Data that will be deleted

• Profile and registration data.
• WhatsApp message history stored on the platform.
• Access tokens and integration settings (including Meta access tokens).
• AI analytics and reply suggestions.
• Real estate listings, leads, and deals.

Timeline

We respond to your request within 15 days of receipt (LGPD article 19, II). You will receive an email confirmation when the process is complete.

Tracking a request

If you received a confirmation code (for example, after removing the app through Meta), you can check its status at /data-deletion-instructions/status?id=<code>. The page only shows the status and dates of the request.

Data retained for legal obligation

Some data may be retained for a longer period when required by law (e.g., accounting and tax records), always with a specific legal basis and for the minimum period necessary.
